Hi, I'm Alicia!
Hello! My name is Alicia, and I am one of the owners and creators of El Cookie. I grew up in the United States, spending countless hours in the kitchen helping my mom and grandmothers bake. I love baking from scratch using both my own and family recipes. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing the smile on people's faces when they enjoy the food I made. What I love most about El Cookie is all the customers who have become friends. Alongside my husband Sean, we created El Cookie to bring our community together through our love for cookies. I cherish seeing friendships formed and memories made at our events.

Hi, I'm Sean, the other owner of El Cookie. I grew up near New York in the United States and always loved performing in theater and working as a waiter in various restaurants. I have a passion for creating fun events and hosting trivia nights, which have become one of the most popular Saturday events in Alicante. I also love to experiment with new flavors and have developed a series of cookies called "Experience Cookies" with unique and delicious flavors. I enjoy meeting new people while serving coffee and cookies, and you can often find me interacting with our community both in the cafe and online.
