Hi, I'm Alicia!
HI! My name is Alicia and I am one of the owners and creators of El Cookie. I grew up in the United States and was always in the kitchen baking with my mom and both my grandmothers.

I've always loved baking cookies for others and seeing the joy a simple treat can bring. During the Covid-19 lockdown I dedicated my time to becoming an expert on the science of baking and learning how to open a business in Alicante, Spain.
​
Together with my husband Sean, we created El Cookie with the dream of bringing together a community of people through our love of cookies. I love seeing friendships formed and memories created through our events at El Cookie
Hi! I'm Sean!
Hi, I'm Sean, the other owner of El Cookie. I grew up in the United States very close to New York. I loved performing in theater and enjoyed working as a server in various restaurants.

I recently discovered that I have a passion for creating new and unique flavor combinations in cookies. I love taking risks and being innovative in the kitchen. I have created a line of cookies called "Experiance Cookies" that you can come try. Some flavors include the sushi cookie, jalapiña, bbq cookie, and the campfire.

I also love creating social media posts and engaging with our online community. You can find us on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit just to name a few.
